Connetiv Properties was founded in late 2024 by Saagini and Sarvini, two individuals with a shared vision to make quality accommodation more accessible to workers and visitors in Surrey and beyond.

The Founders' Background:

• Saagini graduated from the University of East London with a degree in Education and later pursued a PGCE at University College London. She became a primary school teacher.

• Sarvini graduated from Royal Holloway University with a Law Degree and later completed her postgraduate studies at the University of Law. Her journey in law has provided her with the skills needed to navigate complex challenges and think strategically.

The Inspiration Behind Connetiv Properties:

The idea for Connetiv Properties stemmed from Saagini and Sarvini’s realisation that there was a significant gap in the market for high-quality, affordable serviced accommodation. As they explored options for both workers and leisure visitors in Surrey and surrounding areas, they found that most accommodations were either overpriced or lacking in quality. This led them to a solution that could benefit both guests and landlords.

The "Rent to Serviced Accommodation" Concept:

After researching ways to provide quality accommodation without high booking costs, Saagini and Sarvini discovered the "Rent to Serviced Accommodation" model.
